"All I can say is WOW! These 2 books are HUGE! They are very well laid out and high quality. It is evident that they weren't rushed, a lot of time went into these books and it shows. The pictures are large and very clear and accompanied by detailed descriptions. The 2 books also come with 6 hours of instructional Audio CD's. These 2 volumes are loaded with techniques, training drills, exercises, weight training, strategies, etc. I have a huge library of martial arts books and this one is by far the most massive I have seen.
