Step 1: He Shoots

This is a technique for when your opponent shoots in for a take-down.

Step 2: Sprawl

Avoid the take-down with a shallow sprawl.

Step 3: Thread Under

When your opponent drops to his knees, start to thread an arm under him.

Step 4: Lock Hands

Seize your left wrist with your right hand.

Step 5: Load Up

With your opponent secured, lean forward and reach for your opponent's leg while you load up a right knee.

Step 6: Knee

Snap a knee strike on to your opponent's head.

Step 7: Back to Hold

Return to your original position

Step 8: Manouver

Sinch your opponent's leg nearer to you.

Step 9: Another Right Knee

Load up another right knee.

Step 10: Second Knee

Send it in

Step 11: .

Step 12: Left 2

Move your body out wide and prepare another left knee.

Step 13: Impact

And swing it in to your opponent's face.
