Step 1: Start from the Clinch

This is what you should do if you have clinched your opponent and are throwing knees but he is blocking them with his hands.

Step 2: He Blocks

You throw a knee to the body but your opponet blocks it with his hands.

Step 3: Another Knee

You go to throw another knee.

Step 4: He Blocks Again

He blocks it with his hands again.

Step 5: A Third

You line up a third knee.

Step 6: Third Knee

You throw another knee, which your opponent predictably blocks with his hands.

Step 7: In With the Elbow

With your opponents guard down break the clinch..

Step 8: Elbow 1

...And give him the elbow.

Step 9: Elbow 2

.And if you can give him another with the right elbow, even better.

Step 10: .

Step 11: Back to the Clinch

Then lock the clinch back in.
