MMA Universe Help Center - Returns Information

MMA Universe have very straight forward returns policy, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason you are free to return it within 14 days from the receipt of your parcel for an exchange, refund or store credit, or within 60 days if your purchase develops a fault.

Returning an item in three simple steps...

1. Authorise your return

Before you mail your item back to us, please authorise your return in one of the following three ways:

If you ordered online:
Please fill out a return request (RMA) through the My Account section of this website.

If you ordered over the phone:
Please give us a call on 0800 5999 589 to authorise your return.

If you ordered via our eBay store:
You need to send us a return request through eBay before returning your item.

When your return is authorised, you will be given an RMA number for use later.

2. Securely Pack the Item

Please pack your return appropriately and securely to help avoid damage to the product or it's packaging.

Items returned for exchange must be in a resalable condition; undamaged in their original packaging and in the case of DVDs, still in their shrink wrap (where applicable).

If an item has developed a fault after use, our staff will thank you for washing the item prior to returning it to us!

Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the products packaging as we cannot accept returns that are not in a resalable condition (unless faulty). If the item is not faulty and is non resalable, we will have no choice but to return the item to you.

3. Post Your Item Back

Please write the RMA number you were given, clearly on the outside of the packaging and send your return to:

Please allow 1-3 business days once the goods have reached us to allow us to process your return and carry out any exchange, credit or refund action. Refunds to cards will take a few days to appear back on the card's account balance.

 

Return Postage Costs

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty. Please see the "Faulty Item" info below for further information on faulty return postage. For normal returns we suggest using a delivery method which allows you to obtain proof of postage and optionally allows you to track the parcel. The safety of the returned goods are the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

Our mail is delivered every day (Monday - Friday) at approximately 10am. For these reasons, timed next day deliveries are unnecessary.

An Item Doesn't Fit? No Problem!

We are happy to exchange products for another size within 14 days from the receipt of your order. If the exchange is due to customer error the replacement items will incur shipping fees. If the mistake is ours we will cover all shipping costs (we will refund you the amount you paid to return the item to us. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for additional information.

If You Have a Faulty Item

Faulty or damaged items occasionally happen, but don't worry we are happy to exchange these items for a like-for-like replacement completely free of charge! "Free of Charge" includes a refund on your shipping fees incurred when returning the item to us, so long as you return the item using a low cost shipping method. If you return the item via a courier, or high cost priority mail service we may not be able to offer a complete refund on your shipping.

If a refund is sought for a faulty item then your case will be evaluated. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for full information.

All faulty items returned are fully evaluated upon receipt BEFORE the replacement goods are despatched, or the refund is processed.

If the item you return is found not to be faulty, or it has been deemed to have failed due to unreasonable or excessive usage, then it will be returned to you, and a postage charge may apply for redelivering the item back to you.
