Returns

Can I exchange something if it's not right?

Absolutely! Once you have placed your order you can revisit our website at any time (24 hours per day, 365 days per year) and log into 'My Account' (you will see this option in the very top right corner of the screen). Once you are logged in you can check the status of any of your orders.

Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, or 14 days for exchanges. Please see our Returns section for complete details and Terms & Conditions.

Returning products

All returns MUST be authorised before they are returned. Once authorised, you will be issued with an RMA number, which should be clearly displayed on the front of your package.

You should NOT return any item to us without it being authorised first. We do not accept any unauthorised returns. Any unauthorised returns that we receive will automatically be returned to sender.

How to return a product

We offer a full on-line automated returns system which is simple and easy to use. Simply log into your account and then select My Returns.

You will then be asked to search for the product you wish to return from your previous orders list. Once you have selected the item that you wish to return, you must then state the reason for the return from the drop-down list. You may also add your own comments if required.

If you are returning a product for exchange you will also be asked to select the replacement product, and you will be notified of any difference in price.

Once you have completed the returns process, your application will be sent to us for approval.

If your return is authorised then you will receive an Email notification from us. And the status of your return will be updated within the My Orders section of My Account. You will then be supplied with an RMA Number and instructions for returning the item to us. You must follow these instructions and it is essential that you mark your RMA Number clearly on the outside of your parcel.

Timescale

Your request to return a product for an exchange must be made within 14 days of you receiving the product. Requests to return a product for a refund must be made within 7 days of you receiving the product. This will not affect your statutory rights when faulty products have been supplied.

Product testing & evaluation

All products returned after seven days are fully tested and evaluated upon receipt BEFORE the replacement goods are despatched, or the refund is made. If the product/s you have returned are discovered not to be faulty or have failed due to reasonable wear and tear then the item/s will be returned to you, and you may incur the charge (standard shipping rates apply) of redelivering the item/s to you. Faulty or damaged goods

We are happy to exchange faulty or damaged goods for an identical replacement free of charge (unless the product has failed due to reasonable wear and tear).

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange goods within 14 days. If the exchange is due to customer error the return of the replacement goods will incur you an additional shipping charge for the despatch of the replacement item. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for full information.

Refunds

Please note that returns made under distance selling regulations must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. Refunds cannot be made until the goods have been returned, and the return cost is payable by the customer. Returns cannot be made outside of the 7 day period under any other circumstances unless the item is faulty or damaged (unless due to reasonable wear and tear). This does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for full information.

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances (with the exception of event cancellation). Rights of admission reserved (ROAR) to all events at the discretion of the event promoter. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for full information.
