bas is a genius,im a boxer and just starting to learn groundwork,having watched this dvd ,he makes the moves look easy,he comes across really well,and for novices like me makes it easy to understand,this dvd is a great buy and will give me lots of ideas for the future

This is a great value DVD. Bas is a natural instructor with a great dry sense of humour, the DVD is very well made also. He covers everything you want to know in all ten volumes which are really easy to understand from basic up to quite advanced training, the way that he relates his instruction to things that he has actually done in fights is a good idea in that you can see that it actually works real time. He is constantly giving you top tips, explaining why he trains the way he does and giving you examples of common mistakes.
