I use these for MMA and BJJ training, they are fantastic for stopping those little knocks that seem to hurt like hell!

HOWEVER, i would recommend that you always order one size less than you think you would normally need. The elastic does stretch alot and as such after a 10-20 mins training using them you can find they stretch, get baggy and slip about!

Overall 4 out of 5 because of the sizing issue but when you consider they are only £13 then there isnt much to complain about!!!

Good service, pads seem fine. Following up from comment above, go for a size smaller than you think, ordered medium and they were pretty big so returned for smalls which seem spot on.
