Tengiz / Thompson 2 OFF! Tengiz Stripped of Title

After much deliberation, the Cage Rage fight committee have reluctantly but unanimously stripped Tengiz Tedoradze of his Cage Rage British Heavyweight Title due to a substantial breach of his contracted terms & conditions.

In that Tengiz fought within the 28 day lockout period prior to any Cage Rage title fight and was TKO'd, rendering him unfit to defend his title. The decision to strip any fighter of their title is not taken lightly but such infringements cannot be tolerated. Tengiz's actions were adjudged grossly unfair to his Cage Rage 17: Ultimate Challenge opponent, James "The Colossus" Thompson. The Colossus will now fight Rob Broughton for the vacant Cage Rage British Heavyweight Title.

The fight committee will reconsider Tengiz's status within the Cage Rage championships after 3 months.
