Terry Etim vs Shannon Gugerty in Works for UFC 105

Unheralded but tough lightweights Terry Etim and Shannon Gugerty are penciled in to throw leather in a 155-pound match up at UFC 105 from the Manchester Evening News (MEN) Arena in Manchester, England, on Nov. 14, according to Fighter's Only magazine.

Etim has looked sharp in his three most recent performances inside the Octagon, submitting Justin Buchholz with a brabo choke at UFC 99: The Comeback, knocking Brian Cobb senseless with a head kick at UFC 95: Sanchez vs Stevenson and outpointing Sam Stout on all three judges scorecards at UFC 89: Bisping vs Leben.

He made his Octagon debut at UFC Ultimate Fight Night 14, submitting fellow newcomer Dale Hartt with a rear naked choke in round one.

Ultimate Fighting Championship executives today officially announced its Nov. 14 UFC 105 event, which takes place at the MEN Arena in Manchester, England.Currently, officially announced fights for the event include Michael Bisping vs Denis Kang and Dan Hardy vs Dong Hyun Kim. However, today's release stated an official main event will be announced at a later date.
