Fancy a weekend training MMA in Ireland?? enjoy top class training and having the 'craic' 

This training camp is suitable for people with no experience in MMA training. All of the training will focus on basic, fundamental techniques. This will be a fun weekend that will help elevate everybody’s fighting ability.

The training camp is open to everybody regardless of which club or association you are with – no politics, just training!

Andy Ryan – BJJ Purple Belt, Judo Black Belt. +10 times Irish Champ.


Arni Isaksson – Irish and British MMA Champ, Icelandic Thai Boxing Champ. BJJ blue belt.
