Bobby Lashley Fails to Impress in Latest Outing

Bobby Lashley defeated Jason Guida in his bout at Square Ring Promotions: March Badness at the Pensacola Civic Center in Pensacola, Fla.

Lashley has been tipped as the new Brock Lesnar, but his performance against Guida did not enhance his reputation.

Lashley repeatedly went for the takedown against Guida. Much of the action took place in the clinch and the former pro wrestler took a unanimous decision.

Following the bout, Lashley admitted he has a long way to go

"Back to the training board. We're going to go back, we're going to train, and we're going to pick up some of the parts. We're going to look at this tape and look at the ways we're going to finish. Back to the training camp."

Bobby Lashley had been due to fight veteran Ken Shamrock, but the “World’s Most Dangerous Man” was forced to pull out. Replacement Jason Guida backed up his pre fight trash talk with a dogged performance.
