The Japanese-based World Victory Road organization today announced three additional bouts for its World Victory Road: Sengoku 5 Middleweight Grand Prix card later this month.

The card will feature the first round of a middleweight grand prix, several UFC veterans, as well as a highly decorated Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion making his MMA debut.

In the first round of the Sengoku middleweight grand prix, Paul Cahoon will face Kazuhiro Nakamura, while Logan Clark will take on Jorge Santiago.

Cahoon, a British-based fighter who trains with the famed team Golden Glory, is a veteran of Cage Rage, Rings and M-1. Cahoon had won five straight bouts before dropping a May decision to British legend Ian Freeman.

The always-colorful Nakamura will be making his debut at 185 pounds. The UFC and PRIDE veteran has dropped three straight at 205 pounds, including losses at UFC 84: Ill Will to Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou and UFC 76: Knockout to Lyoto Machida.

UFC and WEC veteran Clark reeled off 10 straight victories to open his career before dropping two of his last three bouts. The bout will be Clark's second appearance for Sengoku after dropping a June decision to Kazuo Misaki at World Victory Road: Sengoku 3.

The recently resurgent Santiago is riding a five-fight win streak across multiple organizations. The winner of a November 2007 four-man tournament for Strikeforce, Santiago debuted for Sengoku in May with a submission win over fellow tournament participant Yuki Sasaki.

Rounding out the field in the middleweight tournament are previously announced bouts between Yuki Kondo and the previously mentioned Sasaki, as well as Siyar Bahadurzada and Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos.

In a light-heavyweight bout, multiple-time world Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion Alexandre ""Xande"" Ribeiro will make his highly anticipated MMA debut against professional wrestler and PRIDE veteran Takashi Sugiura.

World Victory Road: Sengoku 5 Middleweight Grand Prix takes place on Sept. 28 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan.
