UFC Signs French David Baron

TheFightNetwork.com is reporting that the UFC has signed Frenchman David Baron to the promotion.
Baron, who has fought at both lightweight and at welterweight in the past according to his resume, has only two losses on his record - one to Takanori Gomi in Baron's only PRIDE fight and the other to UFC veteran Per Eklund.
Baron is currently on a five-fight winning streak, with his last fight a first-round guillotine choke victory over Hayato "Mach" Sakurai this past May in a Shooto event.
The signing of Baron has not been officially announced by the UFC.
