Nick Diaz to Fight in Hawaii

Nick Diaz will be back in action on June 14th, facing the dangerous Mushin Corbbrey at the EliteXC event going down in Hawaii.

The Californian was due to fight on the recent Strikeforce: Shamrock vs Lee card, but was forced to pull out at the last minute in controversial circumstances. Diaz will hope to get back to what he does best, after a year in which his drug use and political views have over shadowed his fighting.

Corbbrey is on a three-fight winning streak, including two televised victories on ShoXC. The fight with Diaz will be Mushin's biggest test to-date and presents a very interesting fight.

Diaz vs. Corbbrey is the third bout to be announced for the June 14th card. The other two mega-bouts are: Karl James Noons defending his belt against Yves Edwards, and Jake Shields vs Drew Fickett to crown EliteXC's first welterweight champion.
