Six Confirmed for TUF 7: Team Rampage vs Team Griffin

TUF season 7: Team Rampage vs Team Griffin commences taping of the show in January and the news is that Forrest Griffin (TUF Season 1 Winner and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (Current UFC Light-Heavy Weight Champion) are the coaches will be piiting it out against eaxh other with coaching strategies applied to their fighters, then the reformation of the show when the concept has been revampeted according to UFC president Dana White and the fact the two coaches known for their humor as well as their fighting ability will square off for the UFC Ligh-Heavy title in the season's climax.

Some names have come to light in which they are competiting in the show which features fighters from the middleweight division which is perhaps the weakest of the division in regards to number of whethery opponents who are championship contenders and not names to fill up the undercard for PPV's.

Steve Byrnes

Byrnes loss in the UFC came against Logan Clark at UFC Fight Night: Riggs vs Sanchez in December 2006 where he lost a unianimous decision and since not returned to action on the proessional circuit. Byrnes is known for his participation in Icon Sport & Rumble on the Rock MMA promotions.

Luke Zachrich

This Cincinnati Native Zachrich was on a three fight win streak in his career and then took his first loss on the chin and has since put 4 more straight wins on the board. Zachrich has not gone the distance in any of his contests and will be interestin to see if he can go the distance with elite competiton in his path as he is a well rounded fighter who posesses both power in his hands and submisisions to boot.

Aaron Meisner

With a combination of 3minutes and 58 seconds, Meisner has slapped three wins on his belt all coming via TKO, KO & referee stoppage and shows this fighter has the power to make an impact in the UFC. Meisner's last fight was against Chris Meedy in October 2007 at Combat at the Cage: Fearless Fighters.

Mike Marrello

Marello has made a name for himself as a MMA fighter through the Xtreme Fighting Organisation and has had two bouts in the King of the Cage both of which have been by decision. Marrello before turning to MMA was a veteran in the marines and will look to take the big stage head on and obtain the 6 figure contract in the UFC.

CB Dollaway

Dollaway is another all american wrestler and will join stand outs of the wrestling factor such as Jon Fitch, Matt Hamill, Josh Koscheck & Brock Lesnar. He has madde appearences in promotions so far as HdNET fights & Rage in the Cage and has used his wrestling power to great effect by ending a contest in 17 seconds by KO.

Prince Mclean

Started his career off with a bang knocking up four victories by KO and then the tables turned for the Ohio based fighter as two of his fights were stopped due to a reoccuring shoulder problem that prevented Mclean to continue. Mclean is very comfortable on his back as he trains with Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu specialist Jorge Gurgel at Team Gurgel. Mclean my be the dark horse in this season as his record is not to be taken lightly and my deceive other competitors on the show.
