Ultimate Finale Happening This Saturday

Team Hughes v Team Serra concludes this Saturday, On December 8th at The Palms in Las Vegas with a possible fight of the year nomination before the two fighter step in the octagon them Roger "El Matador" Huerta & Clay Guida with the winner likely to head the queue for a title match in the Lightweight division.

Not only are the two talented lightweight fighters petitioning for a position at the front of the queue for championship gold, but as always in the TUF finales there is a 6 figure contract up for grabs with the finalists being the experienced Mac Danzig taking on the tough Australian George Sotiropoulos for the coveted honour of the Ultimate Fighter.

The undercard as always will supply the other contestants with the opportunity to impress the fans with a chance they might be given some sort of consolation prize in the form of a contract as we’ve seen in the past the majority of the reality series have produced the new crop of talent in the MMA industry such as Forrest Griffin, Stephan Bonnar, Diego Sanchez, Josh Koscheck, Kenny Florian, Rashad Evans, Joe Stevenson, Michael Bisping & Nathan Diaz.

Unfortunately the down part about the series has been the news that the grudge match that was going to headline UFC 79: Nemesis has fallen through because Matt Serra has got injured as the fight enthusiasts were anticipating a war.
