Dan Lauzon Victorious at WCF Event

Last night's heavily promoted World Championship Fighting 1 event in Wilmington, Mass. ended victoriously for former UFC fighter Dan Lauzon.
Lauzon, the youngest fighter ever to appear in the UFC, defeated Wayne Harnois with a 14-second TKO in the night's co-main event.
The Massachusetts-based fighter caught Harnois with a quick right that sent him into the ropes. Some subsequent shots forced a stoppage mere moments after the opening horn.
In a main event of featherweights, Joe Cushman survived a late rally from Aguilena Brandao to pick up the decision victory.
The fight capped off the 12-fight event.
Lauzon, who began his professional MMA career after graduating from high school, recently asked the UFC for more time to develop as a fighter before he returns to the organization. This past October, he took a fight on just two weeks' notice and suffered a first-round TKO to UFC veteran Spencer Fisher at UFC 64: Unstoppable.
At 18 years, five months and 14 days old, Lauzon was the youngest fighter ever to appear in the UFC — a record that has yet to be bested.
