Pulver vs Swansen Rearranged

After Jens Pulver pulled out of his WEC debut against Cub Swansen with an injured knee the match, which had been eagerly awaited, as it pitted the up and coming youngster, Swansen, against the grizzled and dangerous veteran, Pulver.
However, the bout, which was originally scheduled for this week’s World Extreme Cagefighting 30, will take place on a WEC event on November 3rd. Swansen is a rising star in the WEC and comes into the bout having won his previous two WEC matches. Pulver, by contrast is coming into the fight on two losses, most recently having been submitted by BJ Penn in the final of Ultimate Fighter 5. |
