UFC Releases Renato Sobral for Refusing to End Choke Hold

Dana White revealed in the media conference that Renato Sobral, or more commonly known to fans as "Babalu", has been cut from his contract following his actions at UFC 74: Respect.
During a non televised bout against David Heath, Babalu held onto a choke for a few seconds after called to let go by the referee.
Babalu was previously fined for his antics, but now seems to be out of the UFC entirely.
Dana did not rule out that Babalu would never fight for the UFC, though a return did not sound immediate.
