There were many upset wins at Rumble on the Rock 8: World Championships  Perhaps one of the biggest was “Butterbean” Eric Esch’s stoppage win over “Cabbage” Wesley Correira.

Butterbean won by Doctor’s Stoppage after Round 2, when Cabbage was diagnosed with a broken arm

Accodring to Correira he slipped  on a concrete floor backstage and hit his elbow just moments before the fight.

"It was my call to go in there and fight," said Cabbage "I'm not going to back down. But it kept popping out during the fight and it was hurting me the whole time."

Cabbage still managed to put on a great show for the fans and according to the show’s promoter. One Judge had him ahead after the two rounds and the other two had it tied.
