Reading based promotions company FX3 have announced that their next event FX3: Knights of the Battleground will be held on Saturday March 11th 2005.

The event will feature the long awaited title clash between Alex de Souza and FX3 Lightweight Champion Oliver Ellis, plus a huge 8 man eliminator featuring the cream of European MMA talent, who will fight it out through a gruelling 3-stage grand prix eliminator.

This is possibly the toughest challenge to have ever faced any European -65kg fighter. But the winner will walk away with the FX3 Title and in the words of FX3’s Co-Promoter “A very nice fight purse”.

No fighters have yet been confirmed for the FX3 -65kg Grand Prix but the competition will attract some of the best on the European circuit.
