NBC Sports Launches New UFC Section

It was only a matter of time. The UFC has officially gone mainstream. If you surf on over to NBC's website you may find a rather startling development. A sport that used to be called "barbaric" is now being accepted by a family friendly network. Under the NBC Sports section they have dedicated a very nice looking page entirely to the UFC. There are stories on Liddell vs. Ortiz 2, lists of the top contenders, and a feature on Dana White himself.
This has to be called a victory for all of MMA. A major network has publicly recognized their success. NBC claims they are "Must See TV" and I guarantee you that if they ever aired a UFC card, I and a few million others would tune in.
