Wallid Ismail to Sue Elite XC

Noted Brazilian fighter and promoter of Jungle Fight, Wallid Ismail, has filed a law suit against the management of upstart mega-promotion Elite XC.
Elite XC recently scored a big time contract with Showtime, reportedly worth $10,000,000 which has enabled the event to put on big name fights such as Frank Shamrock vs Renzo Gracie and Antonio Silva vs Wesley Correira. Ismail claims that he was part owner of Elite XC and the management used his show and contacts as a vehicle to secure the deal. Ismail then claims that they left Ismail out in the cold once that had got what they wanted. |
