The Grapevine: UK Will Host UFC 70

This time last year Dana White revealed that the UFC would be doing a series of it’s flagship shows in the UK. Well Zuffa has already set up offices in London and if our sources are correct will be ready to strike in Spring of 2007. This will be the first time that the UFC has held a show since the land mark UFC 38: Brawl at the Hall event in July 2002, which was held at the Albert Hall in London. The likely venue for UFC 67? It is generally thought that it could be the colossal Manchester Evening News Arena which can seat up to 22,500 spectators. Starring on the card will be T.U.F 3 winner and the UK’s own, Michael "The Count" Bisping. |
