Genki Sudo Bows Out

Following a lightning fast win over Damacio Page, K-1 Superstar Genki Sudo announced his retirement at K-1 Dynamite on Sunday. Standing in front of 51,930 fans Sudo took the mic and thanked everyone for their support and told the assembled masses and everyone watching at home on TV that this would be his last fight. His reason was a neck injury that forced him to rethink his future in the sport. Sudo’s plans for after his retirement at the age of 28… MMA’s Renaissance Man plans to travel the world and write about his experiences. |
