Antonio Rogerio Nogueira has won Gold at the South American Games, which were held in Buenos Aires Argentina.

Minotauro put in a spectacular showing at the finals, where he faced Argentinean Marcelo Ponce. Rogerio won 22 to 5, and took home Brazil’s first gold medal of the games.

As the new Heavyweight (91kg +) Boxing Champion, Rogerio has silenced his critics who have in the past said his Boxing isn’t good and called his footwork crap. Plus he has reportedly earned a spot on the Brazilian Olympic Boxing Squad.
