The Grapevine: Pride has no TV deal for N.Y.E.

As we reported last week, TV Asahi were Pride’s last chance at a “free” TV deal for this New Years Eve. The latest rumble from Japan indicates that TV Asahi is not scheduled to air Pride: Shockwave 2006. This information is third hand, the original source being a Japanese media publication called “The Television” therefore it is worth waiting for an official comment. Pride will still be aired on Pay Per View and Dream Stage Entertainment usually have a few tricks and surprises up their sleeve, so stay tuned for further developments. |
