How do you feel about fighting for the first time at Cage Rage?

I am very much looking forward to fighting for Cage Rage. I've only heard good things about it so it is an honour. Also, the last time I was in the UK I received lots of support from the fans and really enjoyed myself. I have no doubt that it will be the same this time round!

What do you know of your opponent Mark Epstein?

I know Mark is a very tough and experienced fighter. He's held a few titles so he is not someone to take lightly. I think he will be a great challenge for me as I always like to face the best guys out there.

How have you prepared for this fight?

I have done lots to prepare for this fight. I am ready to win the match wherever it goes, whether in the first ten seconds or in the last ten seconds. I have been working on grappling, my stand-up and my conditioning. When I step into the cage I don't want to have any excuses. I leave everything at the gate.

Are you coming into this fight with more confidence since you won your last fight in Australia?

Absolutely. I trained hard for that match and came in prepared. I was surprised at how easily I handled the match, and was able to win in about three minutes. This was a great feeling especially since my opponent was a Pride, UFC, Pancrase, and Deep veteran. Not only that, but I have built on my skills and conditioning since the last fight and I'm feeling even better than I did for that one.

Is Cage Rage the new home for "The King Of Rock and Rumble"?

It quite possibly could be. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all goes!
