We have spent significant time ensuring that it is as easy to shop with MMA Universe as possible. For those visiting our website for the first time, you can read this short guide to help get the most out of your time shopping with us.
The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The Search box is at the top of every page. Simply type the name of the product you're looking for into the box and click the "Search Now" button.
To get the best results, start with the brand of the product you want, for example "Manto", as our site has an auto complete function which suggests popular searches on what you type. As a result you can often find what you need just by typing the brand and first few letters of the name of the product.
The three main shopping sections (Fight Wear, Fight Gear and MMA on DVD) are listed at the top of every page. Simply hover your mouse pointer over the tabs to view the departments within each of those sections and make your choice. You can also click the tabs themselves to visit the home page of each section. When you are within a section, you can quickly move between departments via the department navigation on the left side of the page.
Once you have chosen a department, you can further refine the list of products in that department by choosing the "Shop by Manufacturer" option on the right side of the page. For example, if you're browsing for MMA Shorts, you can narrow down your browse criteria by choosing "Venum".
Once you are browsing by a specific brand, you can choose other departments that the brand has products in by clicking the tabs under the brand's header graphic on the page.
When you've found the product you're looking for, you can go ahead and add it to your shopping cart. This can be done by clicking name of the product to view its own page. Once viewing the product you can go ahead and click the orange "Add to Shopping Cart" button. In many instances you'll be required to choose the size and also the colour of the item you wish to purchase. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as you need by repeating the searching and browsing, until you are ready to checkout.
We provide stock availability information for every item that we sell, broken down into individual colours and sizes.
This information is live so you can be sure that if we say we have it in stock, we really do! Every item we sell is held on site in our warehouse, we don't rely on others to drop ship to our customers. In addition to stock information we also provide sizing charts where required and do our best to offer rich, detailed descriptions and high quality images of each and every item we sell.
When you are ready to place your order with us, click the "Go to Checkout" link at the top right of every page to begin the checkout process. We work together with our Merchant Services provider and Payment Card Industries regulator and our site is tested regularly to ensure that we provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.
The first time you shop with us you need to register an account, it only takes a few moments of your time and your details are stored safely and securely for use with your order. If you already have an account, simply login and proceed to the checkout.
During the checkout process you need to confirm how you want to pay for your order, there are three options available to you; paying securely by Credit or Debit Card, PayPal or Google Checkout. For more informaion on these options see our Ways to Pay page.
Once you have selected how to pay, you then need to choose your delivery address. Automatically, we use your card's billing address or main account address, however you are free to add as many delivery addresses as you need!
Once you choose your delivery address, you'll see an option to choose your delivery method, depending on where you live there could be multiple options available to you!

Once you've proceeded to the second step of the checkout you'll be asked to review your order one final time to ensure that all the information on it is correct. Once you're happy with everything you can go ahead and place your order. If you chose to by PayPal or Google Checkout, you'll be directed to those sites to pay, before being returned to MMA Universe once your order has been paid for.
Once your order is placed we'll send you a confirmation email that contains your order ID which you can quote if you need to contact us about the order in future.
Once you have placed your order it is passed along to our fulfilment team, who will process your order at the earliest opportunity. Orders placed before 12pm GMT, Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, after this time your order will be processed at the start of the next working day.
You will receive confirmation email when you place your order. Our order emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org so be sure to add this email address to your list of safe senders!
Not all delivery methods come with tracking numbers, for more information on which delivery methods do have them, how you can track your order and how long delivery could take, please see our Delivery Information page. If your order does have a tracking number after being despatched, it'll be available in your account for you to view.
Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong. If there are any issues with your order, our sales team will get in touch, either via email or by phone depending on the nature of the issue.
If we are unable to take payment for your order, we will send you an email which allows you to quickly correct mistakes, change card information etc and replace the order via a link in the email. During this time we reserve your ordered items for you for 48 hours.
If an item is incorrectly displayed as in stock, we will remove the item from your order and ship the remaining items. In these instances we will refund you the full value of that item and if possible, also give you a partial shipping refund. There may be instances where stock is on order and will be with us shortly - in these cases we will hold your order until we can ship it to you in full. We will email you if this happens, in these cases you will of course be able to request that we either split or cancel your order.
If your delivery address cannot be verified or is missing information, you will receive an email or phone call from our sales team who will ask you to confirm your delivery address or provide a new one. Your order will be held for up to 7 days whilst we wait for a response.
